Emily Bett Rickards, born on July 24 of 1991, in Canada. She is an Canadian actor best recognized for her role as Felicity Smoak on The CW TV series Arrow. Rickards was raised and born in British Columbia. For the purpose of launching her career, Rickards began by dancing and musical theater hoping to eventually being able to introduce more professional acting. She finished high school before her schedule and began studying at Vancouver Film School where she was awarded the Acting Essentials Certificate. Through the open audition which followed the search for an agent, she was able to find one for her. Alida Vocal Studio taught her. Her rapport was with Stephen Amell, positive feedback from fans and her humorous remarks earned her being initially signed for a single episode Guest Star.
