Emma Rose Kenney is an American actress. She played Deborah Gallagher (Debbie) in the show Shameless between the years of 2011-2021. Harris Conner Healy is the character she played on the tenth season of Roseanne and The Conners, the spin-off. Kenney, born September 14 in 1999, is from New York City. Her parents are Gillian Kenney, a criminal defense attorney, and Kevin Kenney, a sports writer who formerly wrote in the New York Post and now is employed by Fox Sports. Emma Kenney shares the same birthplace as Emmy Rossum, her Shameless costar. Kenney was born and brought up in Manhattan, is the 19-year-old actor who plays Debbie, Showtime TV's breakout series, Shameless. She spent most of her childhood in New Jersey. Kenney was also famous for playing Darlene Gilbert's (Sara Gilbert), Harris' daughter in the Roseanne revival.
