Eva Mendes is both an actor and a model. She was spotted by a talent agency who saw her talent and urged her to consider for a job in the entertainment field. After a lot of thought she made the decision to quit her college and go into the world of entertainment. Her debut came in the film 'Children of the Corn': Fields of Terror and was disappointed with her own performance. In order to perfect and show her acting talents She appeared in a variety of low-budget films. It wasn't an easy path for this actor and her tenacity and patience didn't go unnoticed. The actress received fame and positive reviews for her performance in the movie Training Day after which her acting career took off.
